I. Free Initial consultation

Mr. Bart Greenoe, owner, operator and designer of Haiku Gardens Japanese Landscaping will view your property and listen attentively to your desires. Mr. Bart Greenoe will, observe, inquire and review issues such as: drainage, irrigation, electrical, plant choices or any other concerns related to the landscape. Additionally, detailed measurements will be taken during this initial consultation.

II. Design and Estimate

A scaled design will be provided to our client of a Japanese Garden Landscaping detailing rocks to be used, stones, plants, sculptures, water features and other low maintenance Japanese garden features. A complete estimate of all costs of materials and labors is provided. This will take approximately one week after initial consultation.

III. Continual Oversight

Mr. Bart Greenoe skillful hands-on management and total personal involvement in all aspects of the design and installation of the landscape, assures that the project will meet all of the clients expectations from start to finish.

IV. Continual Care and Communication

Mr. Greenoe will provide clients with written recommendation on care and fertilization of plants and maintenance of Japanese Landscaping elements including but not limited to Koi ponds, fish, water lilies, flagstone, lightning, Bamboo fences and more.
